We want you to feel satisfied with the products and services we offer; therefore, we have outlined the following order information so that our staff can provide you with the same superior Customer Care every time.

Order Online
Ordering online is safe, simple and secure. Simply place the item into the cart and proceed to checkout. The cart will guide you through the steps. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Order Processing
Because all of our natural bath and body products are currently handmade in small batches and we want you to be able to enjoy them as quickly as possible, we aim to process and ship all orders within 3-4 working days. Due to unexpected bursts in order volume there may be very rare delays and you will be notified by e-mail. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. You will always receive a confirmation via e-mail when your order has shipped.

5th Avenue Bath Co. accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks payable to 5th Avenue Bath Co.; however, we will not ship any items until the payment is processed. There is a fee $25.00 for returned checks.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash or COD's for online purchases.

Custom gift sets featuring our handmade, natural bath and body products are available. Simply email us with your special request. A personal designer will consult with you and create a unique and perfect gift. You will be charged for the cost of each item included in the package design and a $15 custom design and wrapping fee. Custom gift sets ordered online require a two day turnaround period.

All of our gift packs include a complimentary, hand-written, personalized note card.

We at 5th Avenue Bath Co. value quality and strive to bring you the best product that we can offer. Because of this, there are absolutely no unauthorized returns because we cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise, and we can not resell it once it has left the warehouse. We are not able to issue credit on unauthorized returns, and merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded.

We value quality, that is what we always strive to achieve in our handmade, natural bath and body products. We understand that circumstances beyond our control will sometimes result in imperfect merchandise. Please inspect packages carefully upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items or boxes to both USPS and 5th Avenue Bath Co. within three (3) days of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the USPS driver and then report it directly to USPS. USPS may send someone to inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all the packaging material, contact USPS to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless the package has been inspected by USPS. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from USPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within three (3) days of the receipt of your order.

If an item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail.

We respect all living creatures and therefore do not test any of our products on animals.
